If you want vibrant fuchsia pink then no it isn't, but it is a very nice colour when applied with a lip brush and the more you apply the darker it gets

HI Jane,to be honest no,i literally cant see it on my lips just a tint of shiny blue that looks like you have heart troubles lol ,its definetly not worth the money
