Claiming games doesn't always function with Games With Gold. You can download games without them appearing in your library, which doesn't inspire confidence in purchasing anything from the Xbox digital store. Claiming PlayStation Plus free games works much better. Claiming Xbox 360 (legacy) games with GWG on Xbox One is clumsy and requires a credit card on file, even though you are "buying" something "free". The Xbox Android app is clunky and basically a glorified messaging app. Sharing to Facebook doesn't work properly (don't worry I guess, because Sony can't get it right either). The Xbox Home interface is clunky and just like every other platform these days, its main concern is advertising to you, not serving you. Xbox exclusives are mostly meh, with Sea of Thieves being a total joke (one that MS is hell-bent on advertising everywhere). Stick to the exclusives with Halo in the name I suppose. Halo Wars 2 does look pretty competent when it comes to console RTS games. Game Pass does seem like a good value, but the Game Pass PC app ("Xbox Beta"?) is goofy buggy, and sneakily logs you into your Microsoft account at the Windows 10 OS level (something I've avoided for years until this point). I noped out of that buggy mess of an app after about 5 minutes. I'll keep my Xbox apps to my Xbox device, thank you. Unfortunately, the Edge browser is present on this console (pre-Chrome build, looks like).My main reason for choosing Xbox is because my friends that actually play games online are on this network. Microsoft continues to do their usual thing here for the consumer segment, which is throw spaghetti software at the wall, and see what sticks. Their different applications always make a comical effort to integrate with each other, and that's present here. Unfortunately for us, the Microsoft method does work in the marketplace, and will continue to work.

I received the package in the mail on May 10th even though the date of arrival claimed to be the 15th so that was a great surprise. as this is my very first time investing into the Xbox platform I thought "Why not aim big and get the definitive version?" All I can say is that i have been very satisfied with my purchase! I can play games and watch movies in 4K-Resolution and it is awesome. I appreciate how small the hardware is and how it is very quiet make very little to no noise at at all, while still keep the console at a cool temperature too. it was very easy to set up and the month was a blast thanks to the free Xbox live Gold and Game pass codes. The free monthly memberships made the day one experience with Halo: Master Chief Collection and the new Team Sonic Racing game very fun. The Xbox One X's controller is nice and comfortable great for long play sessions on the weekend. As for the Special White edition, I find it neat how it sort of resembles the Xbox 360.Since May 10th I've really enjoyed this console very much and I'm happy with my purchase. This looks like new, works like new and at this price would be a shame to pass up.

I myself haven't had a new console since I bought the Xbox 360. I'm very pleased with with the Xbox its self. Only problem I have is that I thought I was buying a pure white system and when I open it, the system has many dots of different colors. Thank God my boyfriend didn't mind because he was really wanting the "sexy white one" so he said and is why he was paying more money. I would like to know why I paid for an item and when I receive it, the color is different.... Your's truly, the curious gamer ✌️

I am pleased with how the system runs. Only concern was that they sent me the hyperspace edition instead of pure white, which is fine since it works the same. Now I know why I spent over 600 dollars for this console. The design is nice and the 4K gaming is great

I was very skeptical after reading the reviews but my white Xbox One X arrived brand new with no issues! Shipping was fast as well! Kudos to the seller! Thank you!My only criticism is I was a little shocked when it came with no other packaging around it. Just the Xbox case with the shipping label left at my front door. For the price tag I paid, maybe conceal it in another box?Regardless, still get 5 stars because product is exactly as described!

The console works perfectly, and no damage was detected anywhere on it.4 stars instead of 5 given because some of the documents included inside the box were slightly curved, probably because the box was stored in a place with high humidity.Other than that, the product arrived in perfect conditions. Congratulations.
