I've been looking for a sturdy small laptop type bag for ages but all the "modern" stuff is thin and designed for skinny laptops and chromebooks.Like the messenger style indie Jones style kind of geeky bags persinally but the ones is seen all looked flimsy or the reviews were v hit and miss.I wanted something that I could use to safely house my chunky portable retro 8 bit computer that I'm using with an 11.3in screen that I use to write and play old style retro computer games on when on holiday or away from home. It needed to be strong, durable and provide protection as well as being able to hold notebooks, reference manuals and other "stuff" (paper highlighters pens etc). Typical school bag but for a 50 plus years gent.I was hugely surprised at justhow much this bag could hold. There's loads of pockets with sturdy zips and a cavernous middle area. Honestly didn't expecting it to be quite so good. It doesn't actually look that big - probably as big as an A3 sheet of paper but you'd easily get a couple of reems of paper in there with space - it's definately fit for purpose.Stitching, finish and build quality all seem good, intact and look strong. The canvas material feels tough and the wave it tight and "real" . It says it's waterproof but I'd possibly treat it with a suitable proofer to be sure. It's got that kind of style that you know after a few years the corners will fade and maybe bug lff a bit which will just add to its character.The big inner zip and wide front flap will keep a good shower out but carrying electronics id probably add the extra proofing protection just to be sure.Overall v impressed.

I bought this about 8 months ago and I am still really happy with it. Quality is great, there's been no issues with stitching coming out, loose threads or broken zips etc, and while I've yet to get caught in a torrential downpour with it, it's managed to keep everything dry during some steady showers on walks home from the office or dashes to the bus. I'm not sure it's totally waterproof, but unless you're leaving it out to the elements for extended periods of time I expect your contents will be fine.The compartments are all really good, well thought out and decent sizes. The padding in the laptop section is decent enough without being too bulky. I would expect my laptop to survive if I dropped the bag but it's probably not enough to take a serious kicking - it's fine for me though. I originally got the larger size for a 17" laptop but the bag was too big - it was like a paperboy's bag! I swapped it for the 15" one which is perfect. I have a Surface laptop for work and, once in its own protective sleeve, fits into the laptop section of this bag perfectly.I'm not sure you could really use it as a weekend bag. I tried putting a thick jumper, two pairs of underwear and socks, a t-shirt and some pyjamas in the big section, with my Surface in the laptop section, and it was a tight squeeze. The 17" version may fair better, but the 15" version is I think best left for your laptop, papers, everyday items etc. rather than trying to use it as a weekend bag.But overall I really love this thing. It looks and feels great, the quality is great and there's lots of compartments for different things - pens, your phone, office pass, spare carrier bags, notepads, files etc. Couldn't be happier with it.

I wanted a shoulder bag for work, which also has a carry handle on top. This bag is made of a light brown woven fabric material (bit like sack material only much nicer) and looks great. The triangular pocket on the front is ideal for small items like a music player or tickets. The front flap is connected by 2 plastic spring-clips and the handle is very comfortable as is the shoulder strap with padded shoulder pad. Inside there are loads of pockets and I carry a diary and notebook with ease, although you could also accommodate a laptop in one of the inside compartments. Inside pockets feature a mix of zipped pockets and a handy velcro sealed pocket. Loads of space for a music player, pens, notelets, credit cards etc. There are also pockets on the sides outside for a bottle or can AND another zipped pocket on the back. The bag holds itself well and doesn't flop over when half full, which was a concern of mine. Really super bag and highly recommended.

I bought this bag for general use - and by that I mean a general 'dogsbody' of a bag! I wanted a bag that could cope with carrying a wide variety of 'stuff' including expensive camera equipment (when not wanting appear obvious), books and folders etc for meetings and general travelling impedimenta when on long train journeys etc. Firstly, I was impressed by the overall quality and appearance of this bag (having had many 'similar' in the past. Having now used this bag pretty constantly for a few weeks, I can say that I am even more impressed. It is a bit 'tardis-like' in that it'll carry a surprising amount of general 'stuff' easily and comfortably (the wide carrying strap shoulder patch thingie helps a lot with this), It's exterior is pretty durable and won't show wear or scuffs etc easily and it has a lot of compartments. Overall, and having had many similar bags in my (long) time - I can thoroughly recommend this one.

So I decided to spend extra on the hope that I would get a quality, stylish bag made to last. Its certainly very well made & you can tell the materials used are of a higher quality.I have yet to actually use the bag but having tested it at home it's comfortable & has plenty of storage space. I purchased the smallest one of 14 inches as I wanted it to fit my surface pro tablet and an A4 sized clipboard which it does. It's also got a fair weight to it but that's because the canvas is thicker than that used on cheap bags & therefore a higher quality. It has a comfortable strap with a wider surface area & padding for the shoulder so it helps to relive pressure on your shoulders/neck if you are carrying heavier items in the bag.For just under £35 the bag is well worth the price.

Really impressed with the quality of this bag having just unboxed and explored it.The main material feels high quality. The zips and strap have been constructed well and feel sturdy and designed to last.There are pockets and compartments EVERYWHERE! You can tell some real thought has been applied when designing this bag and thinking what people might want to carry.

Needed to replace an old ratty atypical black nylon plastic messenger bag, the ones we've all used dozens of times over and over.It's a great bag, high quality, good stitching and finish to it all that gives me confidence using it and to top it off it looks great and stylish. The waterproof coating genuinely works, ample storage in a practical layout and always surprised by how much I can fit in there and I appreciate them having both zips and the clips to close it to cater for how full it is.As a side, I was dog sitting for a friend and it decided to consume half of the strap out of sheer malice which unfortunately meant it wasn't usable but their customer service was extremely helpful and friendly, and proceeded to arrange a replacement for it even though they weren't at fault. A rare sight to see a company still value customers and relationships, so happy to buy from them again.

C'est vraiment un très beau sac en toile épaisse, beau style et jolie couleur grise claire, une toile cousue solidement avec de belles finitions, et en outre imperméable. Des poches nombreuses, bien conçues, avec fermetures éclair solide, un espace très vaste, pour ordinateur de 14 pouces (et peut-être même jusqu'à 15 pouces, possiblement), avec protection.Vastes espaces de rangement bien conçus, c'est un beau sac assez grand mais pas trop pour ses capacités. Je compte acheter aussi dans la même marque, le modèle pour ordinateur 15 pouces, qui doit être de la même excellente qualité. A recommander sans réserve !
