Comfortable protection
I use this as under armour for airsoft as I bruise easy. Small fits size female 10 five. Comfortable and protects my shoulders and upper arms well. It is warm though.

Not for me!
The shoulder pads don’t actually fit on your shoulders, and the T-shirt itself is made on a body which doesn’t seem to be normal. It doesn’t appear to be made with a front or a back, and it always feels like you have it on the wrong way round doesn’t matter what way you have it.I ended up sending it back, as I did not feel it would provide the appropriate protection for rugby.
