I wear size 8 to 10 in jeans what size would I get

I wear a large in most undergarments and a 12 in jeans. I purchased a the Maiden form Tummy Shaping in a Large. And it fits well. An individual wearing an 8-10 might want to try the Medium.

how do you determine size...their charts goes by waist not hip...??? I wear size 16 pant. Should I get xl or xxl panty? Thanks!

I would say if you don’t want them too tight and constricting get an XXL. I’m a 16 and that’s the I get. Love them!!
