This brand of ashwagandha never disappoints. It is great for my anxiety and sleep quality.

Some batches of this brand are perfectly fine, while others are nearly black and stink… well before the expiration date.Consumer Labs wrote their report on this brand a long time ago. This brand no longer maintains the quality that was tested years ago.DO NOT BUY. I have wasted $100s on this that cannot be reimbursed. Do not make the same mistake as me

I’ve been taking ashwaganda for a little over a month and I’m very pleased with it. I asked my physician about it before using it and she said she didn’t see anything wrong with it. In fact, she encouraged me to try it knowing my history with anxiety in the past. At the time I decided to try it I was dealing with a very stressful situation that left me feeling overwhelmed and angry. Long story short, soon after trying it I noticed that my emotions had leveled and miraculously I was handling the stress in my life a lot better. Before this discovery I was unfamiliar with adaptogens, but I’ll certainly be buying this product for life.

My job can be stressful at times and I have anxiety. This stuff really works for me. It makes me feel calm. I take melatonin so I'm not sure if it helps with sleep. I do take it at night because I am not sure if it interacts with my blood pressure meds. I have read that it can.

Natures Way vitamins work......and this one is no exception! If life is a little hectic and rushed it causes one to feel relaxed and calm in about 30-45 minutes. Sometimes I'll take one in the morning and then in the afternoon if needed. Recommended - thumbs UP!
