I suffer from achilies tendonapathy these help so much when wearing shoes that can cause pain or rubbing around the tendon. Tip: to make it stick better rub the liner in ur hands to warm it up to make it stick better. I've been using in 2 pairs of daily worn shoes for around 2 weeks now and have had no problems.

I bought these to go in a pair of boots that are about half a size too big for me. Unfortunately, they kept coming unstuck, which made the boots even more uncomfortable. Guess I’ll stick to thick socks!

I didn't buy it for its intended use heels. I used it for my shoes that had worn out heel linings. I stuck them, and they did keep up, but the adhesive is not the strongest but gets the job done.

Nice product.I ordered due to my shoe slipping and irritation the back of my foot.Product itself arrived and all was counted for, material was good, and very comfortable.My only issue was the top of the sticky pad kept curling and sticking to my sock or skin whic mg became uncomfortable, hence 4 stars.Still value for money and done what it needed to!

I have many pairs of Nike Air Force 1’s but after a while the back of the shoe wears out and I needed something to fix it, these did just the trick. You get quite a few too, great value for money, Thanks

I ordered these mainly for the all in one heel and sole cushions. I had a pair of sandal pumps which rubbed my heals despite desperately trying to wear them in. I had an all day event that I wanted to wear them for and felt these would help. They were an absolute dream. They stuck really easily and shaped nicely into the pumps. They were so comfortable that my feet didn’t cause me any problems at all. After a full days wear they were still in place and I’ve worn them several times since and been very comfortable. And I’ve got spare ones and heel grips for future use. Great value for money and so much better than blisters and plasters.

OK but they come off when putting your foot in your shoes, got stuck my socks which was annoying so didn't really do the job.

Adds cushioning to heal area, adhesive good just as it warms from friction it moves so may need to glue in place, used on adult and 6 year olds shoes.
