Not As Pictured
I purchased these instead of a less expensive listing because this one had character cutouts in addition to the character circles (specifically Litten, my son's favorite Pokémon). I was disappointed when I discovered that only the circular cutouts are included. They are good quality and easy to hang, just not as advertised.

Brilliant party decorations!
