Headsweats Bigfoot I Believe Super Visor

I was weary of the dry winds and searing sun in California after recently moving here. So I ordered this cap and I am totally satisfied with the purchase. The cap has an adjustable strap and fits well (I have a medium size head but this cap should fit even a large head - thought, may not look as well). The cloth that covers the head is thin (not flimsy) and keeps my scalp dry (so it doesn't feel itchy from hours of wearing the cap out in the sun). But the real test of the cap was when I wore it to Levi's stadium on a super windy day in the afternoon and boy was I amazed! The cap not only stood it's ground but did it without me even noticing any drag or pull on my forehead (as if it offered top little resistance to the wind). Since the Cao itself is lightweight and folds to the size of the visor, I carry it with me all the time.

Great hat - breathable, lightweight, fits smaller heads due to low profile design. My oldest Headsweats hat had a terry cloth liner that felt nicer against the forehead. Wish they would return with that feature. I also noticed the new hat is made in El Salvador (versus China). Other than a longer pull tab to adjust the fit, I did not see any difference in fit or quality.

This is a cute cap and I wear it when I run. Unfortunately, it seems to pop up in even the slightest breeze. Maybe it's my head! It's adjustable, the inner sweat band keeps my forehead dry, and it looks sporty and unobtrusive.

I love this hat! I am a women and I ordered the men's white had with adjustable band in back. This hat is perfect for hot days and I love the fact that I can wash it! I have an average sized head and I read that the women's hats run small. These hats are good quality and very light and airy. With the adjustable band I would rather try something too large than get stuck with a hat too small. Great quality, wonderful fit and I would definitely buy again!

Definitely cuts down on the amount of sweat that gets into my eyes on a long jog/run. I just wish they would have designed the sweat band to somehow extend all the way around so that you can wear it backwards as well and be just as effective at capturing the sweat. Just a side note. As someone else mentioned in a review, the hat does have a strange look to it when wearing it front facing. It seems a bit "squared" off near the upper front area which gives it a sorta "un-cool" look. It looks much better facing backwards, but then it is not as effective as preventing sweat from running down into your eyes. Easy to clean and light weight.

This hat has become my favorite running hat. I've tried a number of different brands, but use this one the most. It's comfortable -- some hats are too tight and restrictive, but this one fits well on my larger-than-average noggin. It's absorbent -- I sweat heavily in the summer, and this hat soaks it up well and keeps the perspiration from my eyes. It's washable -- I can throw it the washer, let it air dry, and it's good as new! Headsweats in my opinion is the best running cap manufacturer on the market. They have a good product at a great value. I'd give it six stars if available!

I usually wear visors when I walk outside but when I saw this hat I though I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did. It was a great buy. It's cool and very lightweight and provides good shade for my eyes with the black under-visor. The light sweatband is an extra nice feature. I walk outside a lot and my walks are usually at least 2 hours long and my head doesn't get all hot and sweaty wearing this (I can't say the same for my visors.) All in all, a good purchase. I wish they had it in that fluorescent yellow/green that's so popular. I'd buy another one in that color in a heartbeat!

Very lightweight, absorbs sweat well! There's no grommet at the top of the hat (as seen in one of the photos posted that rated it poorly, perhaps it was an older model?), so nothing to rust(?), just a plastic clip on the back. LOVE that the "underbrim" is black, really helps block the sun and also like the built in "headband" (not a full headband, but built to absorb sweat). It's quite a "deep" hat, so can pull down low over your head if desired (e.g. to block sun, avoid people, etc.). Definitely recommended!

Its light but doesn't have the terry cloth in the visor to take in sweat like the old headsweats...

Leggerissimo, regolabile e comodo, quasi non si sente addosso. Ho preso la versione bianca per il trekking; la parte bassa della visiera è di colore scuro il che aiuta nelle giornate di sole intenso anche senza occhiali da sole.

Second purchase here. First lasted me more than 6 years and the Terry band worked very well in absorbing sweat hence I have no qualms about buying a new one. However the new one's sizing is a tad bigger and the Terry band seems to be a different material. After using for a few months, it's clear the newer material is not as good as the previous material used. Disappointed with it and would be moving to another brand instead.

Comes with stupid slogans not advertised or described. Put it down to bad luck on the first one but ordered a second and it has another, different slogan. Fabric feels nice and light, though there is no great absorbent headband built in.
