Works great and can be adapted to varying mounting solutions
First of all, if this is your first wireless car charger you need to be aware of the limitations on wireless charging. These are very sensitive to heat. This charger is designed to be attached to your vent and could probably help prevent heat issues if I had attached it this way. I prefer not to block a vent with it and had an existing cell phone holder in my car. So I just removed part of the attachment and part of the old holder and put the two together. Works great. However, if I’m running mapping software with the screen on on a warm day I can expect the phone not to charge. This is not the fault of the manufacturer, but is a limitation of the technology itself.Next, I got an email a few days after receiving the product asking me how it’s working. I had a problem with some of the rubber holders falling off and told them as much. They asked for pictures. After submitting them the seller sent me a replacement. That stuff gets you five stars in a hurry!So my phone slides into the holder when I get in the car and charges while I drive. I no longer have to plug it in and I just love that fact! Great price, excellent customer service and product works well means five stars all around.

not too bad at all.
I picked this one for the method it holds the phone. somehow it appealed to me. I actually bought this for my wife who liked it well enough that I FINALLY got to pull the one off the dash that blocked part of the gauges. I'm not thrilled with it (or the phone for that matter) hanging on a vent louver but it seems to be fine so far. I've got an Otterbox on my iPhone and it fits in this cradle and charger just fine.

Cheap very cheaply made
Well I guess you get what you pay for it charges fine but the clip going into the Event already broke Very flimsy plastic I will not buy this product again

Not bad for the price
Item is actually great when it comes to functionality however I am not satisfied with the quality. Parts holding the phone keeps coming off!

cheaply made. Not durable
One of the mechanisms that holds the phone broke off on day 3. Was careful inserting phone and was very little resistance when piece broke. I would not recommend if you want one that will last a while.

It’s fast chargers but too heavier for vents
It charges, doesn’t go well in the vents.After a month of having this I heard a rattling and then the cover came off. SMH but it does fast charge lol. If there is a suction cup version get that one, it’s too heavy for the air vents.I tried it in a SubaruIn a Toyota and in a VW just get a suction cup version

Very good
I had an issue with the 1st one I purchased but the seller was amazing and replaced it for a new one and I’m very happy with it. Works great and very sturdy. I would definitely recommend and buy again.

Works great even with a case on.
Works great even with an otter box case on my iPhone X. Makes it nice to use gps as well as send/receive texts.

Good but
The review using Samsung S9.The charger is working thats whats important I guess, strange, the PSU provided is fast charge qc3.0 using cable, wirelessly gets very hot i think that's normal, however the phone holder is not strange enough you can't tilt the phone 90⁰ the phone will fall, the phone should be over 5.5 or have case to stay in place.
