Worth the investment, think long term health.
Like many others, facing Plantar surgery was a bad idea (it needs to be banned). Thanks go to my chiropractor (a miracle in his own right), for saving me needless expense and worry (and pain). I also avoided the "mold to fit" orthotics (they aren't the best solution either), and was taught WHY these two methods don't work. The closest example I can give for Natural Foot Orthotics is the "original" 3/4 support Walk Fit, which sadly are hard to find now. This is finally a great solution to a long lasting, affordable orthotic insole for high arches.Instead of a bump under the heel (not good for PF sufferers), they cradle the heel with rounded support, and almost 1cm of lift, shifting the weight just a bit to the front of your foot. They are made well, and give just a little flex, thanks to the honeycomb support under the arch. This means they can go in a number of shoes, though I'd not recommend sandals, flops, or heels over 1". I have narrow feet with high arches, "dancer's feet," so if you have lower arches, I'd suggest the thinner model, also available here and on their company web site. (Note: If you are wearing heels, the weight shift alone could help your arch and pain some anyway, but you might consider one of the high heel supports, or just a good fitting pair of shoes in this case- this is a totally different article). When you start out, you will definitely feel these under your arch if they are doing their job, but you will get used to them. Be patient. My foot amazingly is now back to where it was when I went to college (two whole sizes smaller!), after years of pounding with not enough support under my arch. Patience has allowed me now to even wear sandals or flats now (with no support) for a limited amount of time.Customer support (even before purchasing) was excellent, and the warranty goes without saying. These are semi rigid, unlike some of the foam pads you can buy all over, so they are going to last, and provide real support (not just comfort). With support for Longitudinal and Transverse arches (you have 3), they even rival some of the more pricey (custom fit) orthotics costing 2-3x as much. You might still need something like those, but Natural Foot Orthotics are definitely worth it if they can save you from the molded inserts, or surgery. It's like the best of everything.Back and foot pain is already so much better, even after a week! Looks like a trip through the dishwasher or a quick scrub is all you'll need to clean these EVA supports. They are easy to move from shoe to shoe if you only have one, and slide easily into trainers, boots, or flats. You don't even need to remove any existing insoles from most shoes.(DISCLAIMER: I have NOT been reimbursed, paid, or received any compensation whatsoever for this review).

Work well at a fraction of the cost
I have been looking for something like this for a couple years since I bought some from the Good Feet store and paid $400, OUCH! I wanted to get another pair so even though they can be moved from shoe to shoe, personally I like to just be able to put on my shoes and go instead of having to fuss. The ones I got from the Good Feet store were good but after time I wondered if I should have a little more support. I could drive an hour to get replacements but I decided to try these instead. The pair I received did have a little more support but since I had been wearing the others it did not take long for them to feel comfortable. If you do invest in these I recommend that you follow the break in instructions otherwise you will be in a lot of pain. I think it only took me a couple of days because I had already been wearing the store bought ones so it was easier to adjust. I really like these and feel it was a great investment and cost savings. I have also found that in my experience these are quiet while walking. The store bought ones made is sound like I was farting every time I took a step so I tended to get looks sometimes when I walked across the office or in a store. I have also purchased some thin Gel insoles to go over these for added comfort. This way it does not raise the arch but provides comfort over the insert. I have not tried the slim fit style as I don't wear dress shoes but they appear, in my opinion that they may offer a little less support but that may work better for you especially if you wear dress shoes at all as these I would imagine would be tough to fit in a dress shoe. I can only speak as to how these fit in a tennis shoe so far but I believe they would work very well in winter boots and work boots as well.I am happy enough with these that I am going to purchase a second pair so that I have 2 pair that are the same and use the expensive ones in my cowboy boots or motorcycle shoes since both require something to fit a smaller footbed.Personally I found these to fit true to size & I wear a size 13 shoe.I can tell you from experience that most inserts for arch support may work initially but break down quickly and I have had little to no luck with them. With as expensive as most of them are you can actually end up saving money by purchasing these as they appear they are going to be long lasting plus they come with a lifetime warranty.Don't pay more to get less, give these a try.The above opinion is my own and I have not received anything from the seller for this review.

Not the same as Good Feet...maybe better?
I have had GF orthotics for decades now. I was getting tired of moving them from one pair of shoes to another, and since the closest GF store is now over 2 hours away, I thought I'd try these. I have plantar fasciitis/ flat feet and was fitted at GF. I have to say that these are not the same at all. With price being entirely disregarded, the GF orthotics have a heel cup and lifted sides to cradle my foot, whereas Natural Foot is flat all around, which is unfortunate. Natural Foot is much firmer and provides more arch support though. The biggest difference is WHERE the support is. GF has the arch support closer to the forefoot/ball, and NF has the arch support closer to the heel. I found that the firmer support closer to the heel in the NF provides better pain relief in my arches. If you really want to make the most of your orthotics though, use a good brand of walking/hiking shoe that is supportive. I find Keen and Merrell to be very durable and supportive, and they fit orthotics very well. I tried being "trendy" and putting my orthotics in some Tom's and hey DUDES, and got a flareup of PTTD for my efforts. Don't do that.

Pretty good, better than anything at the store.
Not quite high enough throughout the entire arch for my ultra high arches, but better than anything else over the counter.

Dr. Alzner would approve.
Decades ago when the DR. said I had flat feet I did a plaster cast and had custom ones made. I did that a few times but they often broke or cracked. At our local summer fair (PNE in Van. BC), there is a building with all the kitchen gadgets etc., where Dr. Alzners' orthotics were sold from a small booth. That was like early 80's. I bought a pair for about 60.00. a clear plastic type.. I bought a few more times over the years until he disappeared. The pair I have been wearing must be 20 years old by now!. They are worn out and my insurance would pay 200.00, so these seemed like the same thing... They turned out to be great and similar to the type I have. Solid so they don't flex flat as you walk. Good buy vs. custom.

Wish I Had Found This Sooner!
Amazing product! I am a heavyset guy who takes long walks with his dog and as a salesman, I am constantly on my feet running around helping customers. I was in a lot of pain for the last two years. I tried everything including prescription orthotics.Four weeks with this product and I am pain-free. It takes time and some getting used to (with the golf ball feeling under your feet), but it will pay off. My posture is better, I am walking better and even when I'm not wearing it and am barefoot on hardwood floors, there is no pain. I will be buying a second pair for my other shoes.Highly recommended!

Life saver!
Got immediate relief from plantar fasciitis pain and the pain didn't come back since then. Follow their instructions and your pain will be history. The cost is very high in India but it is worth every penny because it gives you back your mobility within days and the build quality ensures it'd last a lifetime.
