Great solution to keeping my favorite insulated bottles after a dishwasher mishap. When attaching the new cap, put it in some warm water for 5 min and it will pull right over the lip and set in place.

I bought this cap for a water bottle that had come with only a screw top as I wanted a cap that would stay on the bottle when the bottle was in use. As someone prone to putting down bottle caps, wandering off with drink in hand, and then forgetting where I’d put the top (as you can see from my photos, my environment is not exactly pristine ;) ), this is an absolute necessity. I looked at a number of similar items but this one got great reviews and was a good value, so I chose it, and am very pleased with my purchase.

bought two. they both broke within a week of each other, 6 months after daily use. i never put it in the dishwasher. always hand washed. still like them. i’d still buy it again. guess 6 months is just how long these lids last

This replacement top fits perfectly! I'm ordering another one now.

I thought I would really like these: a wide mouth lid and it looks sleek. But, underneath the silver top there seems to be a second layer of lid (probably plastic) that actually screws on. The problem is that the bottom layer and the silver top separate and it makes it hard to unscrew the lid. You can twist for a while before anything happens. I haven't had any problems with leaks, but I plan to replace these anyway.

I managed to drop by water bottle and somehow busted the lid so that it wouldn't screw shut anymore. I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new bottle (what a waste!) but found this lid replacement. It fit my Mira 32 oz bottle perfectly and was relatively easy to install. Very happy!
