Everything is fine, but not microwave safe. Would have been better if it was written in description. A deal-breaker. Return fee is 6$. :(

I like that these are stainless steel, and easy to clean. I was looking for boxes for my kids to take to school. However, the compartments weren’t exactly what I was looking for, so I returned them. I was unable to fit a sandwich in one side. Otherwise they would have been good. It is hard to find metal boxes that truly have division between sections, and this was the number one perk to me.

Love this bento. Does not leak, does not mix from one compartment to another, easy to clean. The only complaint is that this bento is designed for kids or people who doesn't like to have large meal. I originally bought it for 9 year old son, now I used it for 6 year old daughter. Maybe my kids have large appetite. Other than that, it's great buy.

I bought two of these for my kids school lunches. And when my daughter’s broke two weeks into school I was annoyed but thought maybe she had done something to it. Well then my son’s broke shortly after. I bought these to cut down on plastic bags and waste and now I’ll have to buy more. I’m super annoyed and hope this discourages anyone from buying this product.

I bought two of these bento boxes for school lunch in May and just started using them two weeks ago. This morning one of the snap handles broke and it’s no longer usable. Although the bento box is very durable, the handles are not. Return window is already expired. This bento box was not cheap for such short usage. I am not happy with this purchase.

This was the best lunch box until one of the clamps broke. Now it can not be closed. These clamps are hinged in hard plastic which does not fix after it breaks. Lasted little over six months.

Perfect size. Leakproof. Wasn't hard for my 6 yo to open and close. I LOVED it until one of the longer handles broke after about 15 times of normal use. Wish they made it more durable. If so, I would give 5 stars.

When washing this after the first use water got trapped between the metal and the plastic and won’t come out. I couldn’t figure out a way to separate the pieces. This will surely get mold in between and will be unusually.
