I love these mats. Aluminum foil is so expensive. I use these for everything - grilling veggies as well as for cookies. They clean up easily. Bought both the small and large version of these for my different sized sheets. I would definitely recommend these.

These baking mats are a snap to clean! They also work GREAT on our grill, everything has baked to perfection! I wont be using the old metal ones as often now. I will be ordering for gifts very soon.

I love my new Le Gourmet cook baking mat. It has been great to bake with. They work much better than the cheaper ones which warp and change size. I just finished making some Christmas cookies with my mat and they came out perfect. It is very easy to clean and no oils or sprays are needed. I will recommend to all of my friends and family.
