Great, nonstick
These work great. I used them ALOT over Christmas. Even doing batch after batch of cookies, they never stuck.

Works just like a Silpat
Works just like a Silpat! Everything comes off nice and is easy to wash! Just remember to roll it rather than fold it. Folding the mat will ruin the smooth flat surface of the mat.

I'm very pleased with the results so far
I'm very pleased with the results so far. I have other similar products from a well-known name brand and these are equally good at browning the baked goods, release after baking, and clean up. Buy with confidence.
