Special Lite Products LS-178-BLK Small Ladder Rest, Black

The hanging address on my previous ladder rail was worn out. The screw that held it to the rail were rusted so I decided to replace the whole thing. This old lady doesn't have a lot of tools so I din't want something I needed to fuss with. This sign was already in one piece, except for the numbers. The sign is a permanent part of the rail and is not attached by chains like my previous one. I thought this might be a drawback but it is not. It is a sturdy sign that can be seen from the road. I think is is a nice addition to my lamp post.

I moved into a place that had the house number on the light pole. It was aged and grey - ugly. This was a perfect replacement. I ordered 3 inch custom vinyl numbers from an ebay seller which worked perfectly. The sign can hold a 4 digit number. No tools were needed for my installation (light pole with a removable cross bar).

I bought this item to replace the number sign that came with my outdoor light pole. I had no idea if it would fit the pre-drilled hole in my light pole but decided to take a chance. So glad I did!This item is made of metal is substantial in weight and heft. This sign will not bend or break. It looks great, too. Nice powercoat finish in a satin black.The installation took less than 30 seconds. The sign fit perfectly in the pre-drilled hole in my light pole. I am very pleased with my purchase. Five stars.

Our house numbers over the door are obstructed by cars in the driveway so it has been difficult for delivery people to confirm our address. When a new postal worker pointed this out, I knew it was time to do something. Perfect! Problem solved!

I was reluctant to buy this ladder rest, but was not disappointed when it arrived.This thing screws together very nicely and firmly, and the aluminum construction was much more solid than I anticipated. I primed and then painted ours to match our lamp post. I plan to add metal address numbers when they arrive in the mail.For anyone wondering, the usable area inside the sign is approximately 7.75" by 3.5".

The product itself seems to be well made, its been use for a month now.i used the reflective (Hillman 843445 Reflective Adhesive Number Pack, 3", White") numbers, 4 of the 3" nos fit perfectly.My only gripe would be that the product could be a little larger.I would recommend this product.

My lamppost had a hole with a wood dowel rod through it --- we had a seperate address sign in the lawn that got wobblly --- this was the perfect fix to make the lamppost look 'finished' and have the address raised and more visible. Great value for the price.

I was looking for one of these for months, and found it on Amazon. This worked perfect on the lamp post that I purchased. The only thing I wish they would do is give you the numbers to put on it. I love the way it looks on the lamp post.
