Are they squat proof and good for any sports?

Yes, these pants are squat proof, and no see-through at all. Made of super soft and stretchy material, these moisture-wicking yoga pants are good for everything, like yoga, running, and other workout.

Do they have pocket on both sides?

Yes, one pocket on each side, big enough for your phones, keys or cards.

I’m 5’6 about 170 lbs, 40 in hips and 31” inseam what size should I get?

I am 5'2 about 120 lbs and bought the small size. I am a senior citizen and did not want extremely tight pants, so considered med. But the small works fine for me. My suggestion would be to order more than one size and keep the one you like.

Is there a drawstring inside the pants?

No, there is no drawstring inside the pants

Good product

Really comfortable & great fit. Pocket handy. Good depth of fabric too, so no transparency. Would purchase again.

So soft & stretchy

I do Pilates regularly and was tired of having to continually pull up sports leggings during bendy excercises. I am 6ft 1 & these are perfect, the hit me at my lower calf in length. I am size 14 & went for the XL based on other comments. They are made of superior material which is super soft, thick and stretchy. They don’t sag or slide off your waist during roll downs or reformer work. I’d buy again
