Have looked at several metatarsal pads that pull on over the toes but could not find any that fitted as most rolled around. These are great as you can place them exactly where you need them, really comfy, if they come un-stuck just wash and re-use- good value for money

Had these for a week or two and they definitely provide some relief. Fiddly to position, but the adhesive still seems okay after peeling and repositioning a few times. I’m glad I bought them.

So far so good. They are good quality and comfortable. They hold in place really well and don’t leave any sticky residue on insoles, so you can move them around as you like. I think they are working also and fit well. They aren’t the cheapest, but I assume you get what you pay for with this sort of thing.

The image shows a pad stuck to the foot, but the instructions in the pack say to stick it to the shoe... and then peel it off your foot! If you look closely, each pad is marked either left or right, so it really does matter which way you place them - foot or shoe! The pad should go in the shoe, and the correct placement of a metatarsal dome is crucial to whether they help or hinder, so if you're going to wear these then please take 10 minutes to properly understand how and where to fit them. Once all of that is out of the way they arent too bad, but not of the same quality as the 'permanent' ones by another brand. Like all met pads, they do take up volume in your shoe, so if you plan to wear them with trainers, court shoes etc, you might find it too tight and uncomfortable. I tend to wear them with strappy open sandals and find they work pretty well. They don't always last a full day before the sticky starts to peel or slide, so just make sure you take an extra packet with you. Overall Id rather have them than not!

Very easy to use, stick amazingly well to shoes, even flip flops.

These stick well and can be washed & reused again and again, become sticky once more once cleaned as per the instructions. Recommended to me by a physiotherapist. They do the job too: the inflammation in my toe joints has subsided (on one foot I have lost the fat-pad under the skin that would normally protect the joints from impacts and pressure), and I rarely notice it when walking. So worth the minor hassle of fitting one before putting on my sock on the one affected foot. I wear it rotated by 90degrees compared to the images on the package so that it protects the joints without interfering with my orthotics.

I have tried sooo many pads and gel gadgets that are supposed to cure metarsalagia - I have a whole wardrobe full! This is the first which was of any benefit whatsoever. However I do recommend sticking it to the insole of your shoe rather than directly to your foot like in the picture. That's because there is a graduated dome shape which is on the non sticky side so it's much more comfortable in the shoe. In addition it survives better in the shoe or insole whereas you'd have to chuck it away each day if it was stuck on your foot because the adhesive doesn't work if you take it on and off. I stuck it on my orthotic just in front of the little hollow where the ball of foot goes and when I got it in the right place it took the pressure off the metarsal heads. It really helped me.

They didbt suit my needs . I can see the value of them but not for me. Nothing wrong with them

Li ho comprati per una metatarsalgia. Sono perfetti. Alzano l'avampiede del giusto per sostenere i metatarsi aderiscono benissimo sia alla pelle ma anche alla soletta della scarpa. Ho fatto anche la doccia tenendoli sul piede e pur bagnati l'adesivita è stata perfetta. Il mio dolore era così elevato che messi questi cuscinetti non mi hanno dato nemmeno un po' fastidio tanto è stato ottimo il sollievo ricevuto. Consiglio vivamente a chi soffre di male al piede.
