I bought these as a solution for a reclining loveseat that requires manual force with your legs to close after reclining. My loveseat is on hardwood floors and would slide back every time someone would close the recliners. After many months of frustration trying out several different "no slide" grips that would work for a few weeks and then loose their grip or collapse under the pressure, I finally came across these. I was worried they wouldn't work because they were designed for a recliner, but I was desperate so I decided to give it a shot. To my delight, they work BEAUTIFULLY. I just had to set them under the feet of my loveseat and each side voila! I have been using these for 2 weeks now and no more sliding and no more floor scratches! These pads are super thick and easy to install and they do exactly as they claim, keep your reclining furniture from sliding. I'm very happy with this purchase. Also, I have not done this yet myself, but they seem extremely easy to trim if you needed to make them shorter to keep them from sticking out from underneath your furniture. I highly recommend this product for all types reclining furniture on any surface. It will make it more stable and protect your floor with no more annoying tiny sticker grip installations.

They work really well. I had the black rubber pad and it slipped all the time. Happy so far.

My 96 yr old father was having stability issues rising up out of his recliner - it would slide back as he stood up. The gripper pads were easy to place and stabilize his chair on the carpet.

Good once they are down. Getting them on the runners was difficult. They stick and don’t move on the hardwood floor but you can’t adhere them to the runners. You have to set the chair on them.

We bought these a few years ago to help keep a recliner from scooting on the floor every time I sat in or got out of it. The recliner hasn't budged since we installed these pads.

Bought this product for my wife's recliner, as her chair would constantly move on carpet. Item is as described- no defects- super easy to install- DOES NOT MOVE! It's been about 3-months of service using this product and the recliner has not budged! Wifey approved for sure!! Would certainly recommend to consumers needing this type of results on recliners (any), sofa's (any), or couches (any) that have the insatiable need to move after sitting in it 5 to 10 times. I would also recommend to those needing the support on vinyl or hardwood floors. These strips are mostly softer foamy items that conform to the particular wooded foundations of the item that you are trying to prevent from sliding.

Apt has a "wood" floor and my recliner was slipping and sliding constantly. Buying these grippers was the perfect stop to all that movement and constant aggravation. Easy to put the grippers down and place the chair on them. Voila! It is working as expected - just the thing to do the job right. So happy to have fixed one more thing that needed help.....Buy them, they work!

I needed something to keep the feet of my recliner from scratching our hardwood- which they have done really badly. NO ONE sells pieces of RUBBER. So I found this product and thought hallelujah! But no, they slip out from under the feet of the chair. SO, I turned them perpendicular to the feet and they are working better now. Doesn't look good, but at least they stay under the feet.
