Unlike so many of the pictured makers claiming to be "Belgian," this actually has the larger, deeper pockets which makes for a crisper texture (instead of a cake-like, spongy texture). Cooks up nice, literally fall away in quarters when removing. Frozen and then reheated in the toaster with excellent results. Unit stands on end for compact storage. Highly recommend!

Great Waffle Maker
I wanted a good waffle maker, so I went online reading reviews to make my decision. I decided to get this Hamilton Beach waffle maker and it was a great purchase on my part. It doesn’t stick and there is nothing to clean except to give it a lil wipe down after use. The waffles are fluffy and it takes less than a minute to make one. Love it!

Good but hard to clean
Excellent waffle maker except that it does NOT have removable plates for easy cleaning. I don't have the time or the patience to clean all the little crumbs out.

non stick for a very short time
I got this as a gift, at first it worked great, after about 4 months of using it about 2x/week it started getting very sticky, no matter how much oil I used in the batter and on the surface. I tried cleaning it with baking soda and vinegar thinking it was some kind of build up, but the last time i used it, it was so stuck together I broke the plastic front stand from pulling so hard. In summation, it's a great waffle maker for less than six months.

Thin, Not Brown, Long Cook Time
Bought at Kohls.. First time of use, using basic recipe in box. Thinner than expected but main thing was time to cook and get Brown. Never saw it Steam and Latest cook time seems to be around 12 minutes

Followed instructions including spraying with non stick spray, happy with the waffles. It's a small and simple maker, stores efficiently upright, happy with my purchase.

Funcionó perfecto, no se pegó nada mi waffle, en cinco minutos estaba listo, dorado, crujiente, perfecto. Es muy fácil de usar, pero hay que leer el instructivo para garantizar un buen resultado.
