Perfect for knot and deep spot releases
I was in physical therapy (for something completely unrelated) and saw this contraption on a table so asked my PT what the heck it was. He got a funny look on his face and said “only the best deep tissue and pressure point tool!” Then he walked over, grabbed it, and showed me one shoulder blade spot, then another sciatica spot. I tried it - and it was INCREDIBLY easy to use and INCREDIBLY effective. I left PT and sat in my car and bought this immediately. It took me a bit to receive it, but when I did, it came with a booklet with even more EASY to follow pressure-based points for arms, shoulders, back, glutes, legs. And the booklet is full of color diagrams/pictures that show you exactly how to position the knobs, and where and how to apply pressure. I am telling you - this is a game changer!

Easy to use
This works so good for the back & neck for messaging it. Have had shoulder problems for a while. PT recommended this & could feel the difference after a couple of uses. Use it every day for the shoulder message. Sturdy build.

I frequently have tight shoulders, but a few weeks after getting the Thera Cane I had a ski accident dislocating my shoulder. The Cane has been excellent in getting it functional again. They are good and strong (which was my first concern).

Came as pictured. My husband was excited to received it and has been using it with good effect! Great for the back, gets into some of the spaces other handheld massagers can't get to!

Useful for shoulder and neck massages
The product is imported from US upon order, so delivery takes a bit of time. After using it for a week, I found complete relief in shoulder (scapular) joint muscle knots. The product is most useful and I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs relief from long standing myofascial knot issues.
