Like the shape and size, Time will tell if it keeps moisture out of safe.

This gets extraordinarily HOT when recharging. Hot enough to scorch wood, burn your hand. Recharge does not last very long at all.... Humid or not. I threw mine away. This is dangerous.

PRODUCT DID CHARGE AND BEADS CHANGED FROM PINK TO BLUE IN A 20 HOUR TIME PERIOD. UNIT MUST BE CHARGED BY HANGING ON A HOOK TO PREVENT MELTING. UNIT LASTED 2 WEEKS IN THE SAFE ABSORBING MOISTURE UNTIL IT TURNED PINK SHOWING MOISTURE WAS ABSORBED. USED THIS PRODUCT ALONG WITH RICE AND THE MOISTURE IS BEING ABSORBED.

Work like a charm. Real easy to charge.

This may work in a small gun cabinet, but it's not suitable for my medium size gun safe. It has to be recharged to often. I've had to recharge it every 2 weeks or so and it takes about 12-15 hours to recharge. It's just to much trouble. When I first recieved it the pellets were solid pink. It took over 4 days to recharge then to blue. (They need to seal these better so they don't absorb so much moisture during storage and shipping.) I bought 2 of the large canisters of pellets and they work so much better in my gun safe. If you have anything other than a small gun cabinet, don't waste your money on this. (In fact don't waste your money on it anyway.) The much larger canisters with the same mosture absorbing pellets are cheaper and work much better. I only have to recharge those about once every couple of months.

I like the size and how it could be hung instead of being put on a shelf. When it needs to be recharged it changes color letting you know it should plugged in; usually takes a couple of days. Last a week or more before charging. Now have 3 and I swap them out about every 5 or 6 days so I will always have one working with no off days in between.

Buy this. When it's pink ur good blue recharge 12 hours....perfect for sealed safes.. don't need to worry about rust.

Very low quality, not enough silica to do much good for very long, have to plug in often. Save your money and buy the larger open canisters, they last..

I use this in my bearded dragon's 120 gallon enclosure to keep the humidity down and it works like a charm! Would definitely recommend.

I really like it. Very economical with the fact it recharges instead of having to replace it all the time. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is it doesn’t last long before it needs recharged again.

I’ve plugged this thing in several times for 12 hrs at a time unit gets warm but beads stay pink. This thing doesn’t work. Think twice before you buy.

Been using it in my kegerator to control condensation and it works great
