Very impressed
Haven't written a review in a while but this thing is great and makes me happy every time I use it. I was hesitant because of the low price but this keyless entry system is worth every penny. The remotes are nice quality, not big and bulky, instructions are not very helpful but google is. After I figured out the proper wiring for my car on a Corvette forum, none of the diagrams supplied worked for my application but once I figured it out installation was simple and now I have keyless entry. My car had existing actuators and switches on the doors but I had to use a key to open the doors from the outside now I push a button like a modern car. I am thrilled with this and highly recommend for a C4 Corvette for sure and anyone looking for a inexpensive system like this. There are a lot of other features that I didn't care to hook up yet like windows and flashing lights but the locks work great. Next I'm doing the rear hatch but I need to access the wires. Great system! Update..have installed the trunk release and like some other reviews you have to hold the button for a full 3 seconds for the hatch to pop which is annoying but still better than opening the door and reaching in to push the hatch release button like I previously had to.

Canโt beat it for the price. Nice remote!
I like how it was only $15 bucks and easy to install. My lights blink and the car locks and unlocks just like a car alarm. Even comes with a blue LED blinking light for when the car is locked, to give a sense of a car alarm. I got the trunk open function wired up pretty easily but installing the actuator and getting it to work properly took a lot of troubleshooting. Just google your carโs wiring diagram and find the right colors under your dash. Connect the right color wires from your car to the Benvieโs wires, and in less than 30 mins I had a working system. You will need some extra wire of your own, the wires in this kit are way too short. My car is a 93 Del Sol and I hate using the key for the trunk and doors all the time. Now I have a button for my trunk and my driver side door. Eventually Iโll do the passenger side door too, but not a priority. The hard part is removing panels and tucking the wires. So in total, including the wiring, dash and side panel removal, troubleshooting, mounting lock/unlock actuators that cost like 5 bucks each, I probably spent like 4 hours. Lots of troubleshooting to get those actuators working properly every time you push the button, but the Benvie itself is easy to install and understand. Might be more difficult installing on a car that already comes with automatic door locks, but the actuators were easy to wire up following the wire diagram. I recommended it to a friend who also hates using the key to open the door, he couldnโt believe how much I paid!

Product works as intended.
Edited to 4 stars since seller did get back to me and says this is the normal function. This item works as good as any other cheap electronics you can purchase. The issue I have is that the jumper to switch between a 5 second pulse and a .5 second pulse doesn't seem to work. When I unlock or lock the vehicle the lights stay illuminated for 5 seconds before flashing to show if it is locked or not. Maybe this is how it's supposed to work and instructions just aren't clear. I contacted seller for clarification but got no response. It was cheap and does lock and unlock the car so I'm just going to keep it because it would be a pain to uninstall it.

Works Perfect - Easy Install
These work perfect. The installation was not bad at all if you are pretty good with DIY and have any experience working in a car. It took me 30 minutes. The diagram shows wiring to the battery but I couldn't find a good spot to get through the firewall so I ended up going with a fuse tap going from the fuse for my radio which is a constant 12V. Very easy and the rest of the wiring was exactly like the diagram. I did this on a 2002 Toyota RAV4 and both yellow wires and the black wire were grounded. Then red wire to the fuse tap for 12V. And then find the specific wires for your unlock/lock and tap into those with the white wires. The remotes are really nice too and look fancy. I did not hook up tje brown wires to the turn signal lights or the trunk pop wire as I have a hatchback. 10/10 would recommend

Quit after 2 days
At first I was super happy with this. It was super easy to hook up and the remotes seem quality but after just 2 days it now won't do anything. I've check everything and can't get it to work. Ive installed many keyless entry systems so I know what I'm doing so I 100% confident that the unit just failed. I got this one to replace my old AVS door popper system because it won't let you program new remotes to it for some reason now. I guess him just going to have to bite the bullet and spend the money on a well known brand. Like they say you get what you pay for.

Great keyless entry kit!
Fantastic kit! My factory keyless entry stopped working on my 2005 Buick. I've been using the key for too long. Once I studied the schematic and found the lock, unlock and truck release wires I was all set. Works like a charm. Nice keyfob as well. Thanks for a great product!

Instructions wrong for ford type c positive locks
Would not work by the printed instructions for my 97 c type locks. I had read another fellows review where he said connect the 2 yellow to ground and NOT to power! He was right! Connected 2 yellows to ground and all works! Be aware, I needed relays to lock the doors properly. Easy enough!

It works
I like the remotes, and it does what it suppose to do. I do not like the fact that you need to press the trunk button for 3 seconds to open it, should open as soon as you press the trunk button on the fob, this is the reason why I gave it 3 stars
