Huge chunks of bacon, started using it with egg sandwiches and quickly found myself using it on other sandwiches, cheese/crackers, meats, and sauces. Excited to try all the flavors.

Delicious, and even better if you mix it with bacon bits/crumbled bacon. Comes out very similar to the bacon jam used on Costco's chicken bacon sandwich.

I remember loving Trader Joe's Bacon Jam. I thought I would give this a try and share with friends in gift baskets.It is very good! I love the dimension it gives to my egg sandwichs. I do wish the sweetness was a little less.What made me decide on this brand was the ingredient list. First ingredient being Uncured Bacon... and I can read the other ingridients;)

best product I have ever used

I have ordered this product multiple times in the past and have always been very satisfied with it. This time, however, the product was more of a yellow color, had a bit of a film on the top, a runny consistency, and a very rancid smell, causing me to be fearful to even taste it. The security seal on the cap and neck of the jar was intact. There was no expiration date on the jar, which is unusual with this product. This is a "No return, No refund" product, so there was no way to notify the seller, even after multiple attemps, and I literally threw my money in the garbage. Either TBJ has completely reformulated their product (without success in my opinion) or was I sent an expired jar that possibly had the expiration date removed? I am very saddened over this and am now searching for a similar product by a different company.

This is tasty, but mislabeled. TBJ Gourmet does have a Maple Bourbon Bacon Jam, but this is not it. This is only TBJ Gourmet Maple Bacon Jam - no bourbon. Please update title, as I purchased thinking it was the Maple bourbon product.

I have loved bacon jam ever since I first tried it years ago. A friend of mine who is a chef made it for a party and I became reacquainted with this sweet savory flavor again. I wanted some bacon jam for my Thanksgiving dinner, and thought I would try Amazon for the main reason that I knew it would arrive in time! Well, when it arrived and I opened the 1st jar and tasted it, I was in love again. This product is so delicious. My husband who is a chef too, gave it a thumbs up. You can spread it on toast, crackers, use as a dip as well. I highly recommend it!!
