Open & Incomplete...it says count 20 strips clearly in the cover too however I rcvd only 10 each strips in each box so for 3 set I'm short by 30 strips...highly dissatisfied

The packages arrived open. But other than that, its like any other waxing strip. Ive tried one right now, and it works perfectly, but a single strip cant be used repeatedly like other people are saying. And i bled a little from one follicle. Be careful about that. May buy again in the future.
