I never bought wheat germ oil till I was pregnant. I’ve been using it to prevent stretch marks and so far so good (in my third trimester now). I liked this brand, sweet essentials, more than the 239 organic one because it actually smelled more nuttier, Sweet essentials was not only cheaper but it seemed purer to me than the 239, also, 239 came in a plastic bottle while sweet essentials came in an amber glass bottle which I appreciate because it keeps it from going rancid.

It feels good on the skin and keeps the skin moisturized. It does have a golden color, so don't apply too much otherwise it could soil your garments.

Great oil! Its high in antioxidants, I use it everyday. Wonderful and healing.

Love this stuff!! Does smell, I use it nightly on my face and neck, results are fabulous!! wrinkles less noticeable and skin is plump. I also use it on my hair, fabulous!

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 starts is bc the smell is sooo strong. It smell like the worst kind of salty nuts if you can imagine. I think that’s generally how wheat germ smells but I have read other people say their oil from a different brand had a faint smell. Other than the smell it’s very moisturizing and did exactly what it needed to do. The smell does go away after washing it out.

Growing out greys with this product works like a charm! Dye free 4.5 months.😀

Unrefined wheat germ oil has a distinctive smell that I doubt anyone can describe as pleasant. Didn't realize this when I ordered it, but now I do. And now you've been warned. It is a rich oil and I don't doubt the power of its purported qualities. But to benefit from those qualities you have to use it. That's not likely to happen if you are as scent picky as me.
