This so nice to have sharp pencils. Tips are short but still great tip. Suction is not great with moisture but a clean slightly wet takes care of that. Easy to use , good for the price.

I was looking for a pencil sharpener that didn’t take batteries and this fit the bill! It’s super cheap and works well. This reminds me of when I was in school with those metal ones they had mounted on the wall! The suction bottom is REALLY strong! It literally sharpens a broken pencil in 2-3 turns. I’m not talking about a little dull point, I mean a SHARP point! I didn’t think I’d ever be this excited over a pencil sharpener, but here I am! LOL I am one happy mama!

I had been through two of the older model and the main issue I had was one of them the shavings holder started separating at the seam. The sharpener was still usable but was unstable. So far this newer one has not met the same fate and looks like there might be a better seal between parts this time around. Sharpens decently sharp and works fast. The trick to get it to stick to surfaces is to make sure there is no crumbs/dust before setting it down and then make sure the suction lever is not on the edge of the surface as it'll twist too far and unstick.

It gives a good point on various sizes of pencils. It is not mounted permanently so it can be moved easily which is convenient for me. The suction that holds it in place does hold well enough on a flat surface or on a wall. The suction will give up after a while so if you put it on a wall it will eventually fall.

The pencil sharpener can be used, but it's limited.The suction ability got my attention. It works, but you really have to pull the lever way down and it requires a lot of effort.It does sharpen pencils, but only certain sizes well. I had a bigger pencil, which was sharpened well and usable. Another narrower pencil was sharpened to its smallest point and more was on the sides than on the writing point. This seems to be designed for only certain size or types of pencilsI was theorizing that I could buy the base and then buy a multi-hole container and sharpener to attach to the suction base. This is impossible. The sharpener is bolted to the suction base instead of screwed, so it have to be broken and then the suction wouldn't work.

UPDATE: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. IT IS WORTHLESS. AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS THE SUCTION NO LONGER WORKS, THE MANUFACTURER WAS NO HELP AND IT WAS PAST AMAZON'S RETURN/REFUND DEADLINE. TOOK WAY TOO MUCH OF MY TIME TO FIGURE THIS ALL OUT. THE ITEM IS NOW IN THE TRASH.If the suction doesn't work the sharpener is useless. I bought this in August 2022, just 6 months, and have used it about 12 times at the most. But I am now unable to sharpen my pencils even tho I tried all the fixes mentioned in the reviews, several times each on different types of surfaces. Don't waste your money. And please tell me how to get a refund for this worthless sharpener.Attn: Amazon I have spent an hour trying to contact the manufacturer for a refund to no avail.They ask for a model number but won't accept the model number as listed with the product on Amazon. They want the manufacture date ... are you kidding me? Since the manufacturer apparently doesn't want to receive complaints/refund requests by setting up all sorts of road blocks I think Amazon needs to deal with this problem and issue me a full refund for this worthless product.Still waiting for Manufacturer or Amazon to return the money I wasted on this worthless product!

Love it! Best pencil sharpener I have had at home. Electric pencil sharpeners are no match for this one-highly recommend!

Love this for my classroom. Fairly quiet and the kids can’t break this like the electric ones. Vacuum mount is also incredible.

Works better than those small blade sharpeners that keep cracking the lead right at the end wasting the pencil. Works well with all my childrens pencils and pencil crayons now they’re all sharp and ready to go, very satisfying sharpening them perfectly. This was the cheapest one out there so good value. They suction need a really smooth and flat surface to work well. The little plastic end cap on the suction handle keeps coming off. The handle is necessary to keep tension on suction for it to keep a tight hold. Wish I could just screw it down instead. Really good value at this price point.

Colors vary read carefully im an old man and got a hot pink one. Thought I ordered black all good makes me feel cute when I sharpen my pencils though.
