I'm writing review after 4 yrs. Product was really good but recently the hook holder broke whilst making the screw tight. Don't know where to find the parts.

I liked the product for following reasons. Generally, I do not find local products made with so much planning and details. Two enhancements if taken care in future can be helpful:1. If the button hook is made little longer and stronger so that it is possible to hang bags and jackets.2. The thread of the screws provided for fixing on the wall should have sharper edges, so that it easily cits through the inserts.3. Along with plastic inserts for the screw, if wooden pegs are provided as incase of plastic inserts the drill bit has to be of the same dia., as that of the insert.

This is an excellent buy. Stylish and useful

The design of this towel rod is fantastic. I needed something short with multiple arms so I could hang in the bathroom to hold clothes, towel, etc. When not needed it can be flat. And the arms can be swung out to different distances so you can keep the clothes and towel separate (if something is wet). It was so ideal and perfect! When they installed it on my bathroom door, first month it was ok, worked great. Then it got stiff. Then it fell off. I had to keep putting the arms back on the knob holders. I though the installers had forgotten a screw or something. I got a carpenter finally 6 months later, to fix it. He said the screw is inside, but broken. Not sure if it came that way, or the installer broke it. Either way, I am out my money and the product. So can't decide if I should buy another one or get a different one altogether.Expensive installer, too, who was doing full bathroom remodel. Lots of things broke, so I suspect the installer.

It is as described. Quality is good and sturdy. Serves the purpose

Quality not worth compared to cost that too there is no return option.
