Our post office has gone to the Click 'n Ship mode of operations and told us of 3 options to comply. The most secure and quickest option is to weigh the package your self, pay and print up the label and to walk in the package. I received he scale in excellent condition and proceeded to set it up. I opted to use batteries as I am not a daily user. I tested the scale using know weights and the accuracy is astounding! it was off, according to the weighs by 0.01 Oz. I did my first package and walked it over. The postal clerk took the prepaid, labeled package, placed it on the scale, scanned the label, printed a receipt and told me that it was so quick and thank you. She also apologized for weighing the package again, but I told her not to worry, someone could attempt to ship some bricks and state the weight is letter weight, 1 Oz. I love the tare weight feature and the hold feature. For the outsized box I shipped, all I did was press the HOLD button, then lifted the box off the scale and entered the weight into the USPS web site. Perfect! I highly recommend this scale for the price, simplicity, features, accuracy and quality of the product. The scale comes with an international power supply (100-240V, 50/60Hz) so no worries about adaptability to the local power system. All you may need is an outlet adapter for the US spade plug.

Every other time I go to use it the batteries are dead and need replacing. Previous scale I had batteries would go years between replacement. Very disappointed with this product

I bought my first Tree scale 10 years ago. I have used it just about every day for the past 10 years in my business. The scale is super accurate and durable. Three days ago, it died, it didn't turn on. I tried changing the batteries, using the power cord, nothing. So I ordered a new one. It came the next day which was great, as I use it Monday- Saturday. The new one came just in the manufactures box, with a shipping label on the outside. I pulled it out of the box, placed new batteries in it. It turned on, but is stuck at zero! So I let it warm up to room temperature, nothing, tried recalibrating it, which you do not need to do unless it won't work, Nothing. So I'm sending it back. Super disappointed.

Bought this for my wife’s online boutique. It been pretty accurate. Haven’t had a problem with it, if you have a business and you need a reliable scale for shipping packages. I recommend this one for the price.
