I ordered two. Both arrived in one piece. Nice looking ornament. You can tell it is an oboe. Ornament is not flimsy. It comes in a simple ornament box. Therefore, as other reviews mention that they have it broken upon arrival, the ornament is not well attached inside it's box. The Amazon shipping box words well, but cannot keep the ornament from floating inside its original packaging. Years ago packing would have secured the upper section of the ornament to stabilize it. Very much worth a try to get one through your door in one piece anyway.

I like my oboe looks real. I used it for my room with string lights.

This is very cute. However, it separates into two pieces (break is where an oboe would split apart if putting away). This isn't necessarily a terrible thing, but is kinda weird that it falls apart when bumped. Might super glue it together next Christmas.

Bought this for my daughter who plays oboe. She loves it.

The website says the materials are wood and brass, and at least one review from four years ago reports that it was at THAT time made of wood. HOWEVER this item is clearly made of plastic with obvious mold lines and is not the high quality ornament that we had hoped for.

This Oboe ornament is so beautiful and realistic. It is a gift that is sure to be a hit! It arrived on time for Christmas, and in perfect condition.
