Chorizo by Palacios - Hot (7.9 ounce)

This product (and their regular - non hot) is a good Chorizo. The product looks great and tastes great. Excellent for your Spanish themed board.

Love using this chorizo to make paella. Recommend.

Ok para quitarse el antojo, pero el chorizo llegó muy seco y duro. No parece muy fresco.

This sausage definitely has a spicy kick to it, but you can taste the other flavors as well (not just hot). Made with natural casing with a texture similar to pepperoni. We used it primarily as a "seasoning." Sliced very thin we added it to baked cheese toast, salads, and on appetizer trays with sliced fruit and cheeses. Would work on pizza, or finely chopped in garlic mashed potatoes, Mac & Cheese, or Bubble and Squeak.

Not much to say, which says a lot.

We've moved to Arizona and it is difficult to find good Spanish chorizo. Palacios are the best, either mild or spicy. Definitely get these!!

USE IT TO ADD A SPECIFIC FLAVOR WITH DISHES OF RICE AND SEAFOOD, ALSO GREAT IN SOUPS WITH GREEN AND RED PEPPERS. COMBINES WELL WHEN SAFFRON IS USED.
