Arrived unbroken
Many in the reviews complained that they looked as though they had sat in a warehouse because they were melted or broken up. I purchased two boxes of these and gave one as a gift. Cookies were well packaged and there was no breakage. The only thing I did not care for is that all the cookies taste the same regardless of decorative chocolate on top. A bit boring..

Package lost waited forever
Tin arrived days after they said it was already delivered. No replies from CS. Cookies arrived broken.They have no flavour, nothing like European v biscuits. Rubbish
