This makes your hair less frizz . I have only used it 3 times my hair seems to feel less damaged. I color my hair every 4 to 5 weeks. It is pricey. I would recommend it. Leave in hair for about 5 mins then rinse thats what I do. Then put heat protector in my hair to dry.

I tried and tried all other shampoos such as twice in two different locations in Japan and one USA. None of these don't work for my super dry hairs. I'm 62 years old and never thought in a million that it happens! My hair is dry, no shine and it doesn't look natural. So the first time I tried, to my surprise. My hair is soft, smooth, and show natural curly. I used iron curlers and it never dries my hair anymore. It does bounce up; not limp. I'm thrilled! IT is expensive but worth it! I am glad and finally, I found it. :-)

Last summer I discovered this amazing shampoo and conditioner, and it made my hair look like silk. Then I bought a few more bottles later in the year (I got the shampoo from Sephora and the conditioner from Amazon because they were sold out), and everyday my hair looked like brittle straw. I thought it was just the cold weather. But on a hunch, I just ordered another bottle from another site (they’re often sold out a lot on various sites), and my hair is instantly silky again. I noticed the bottles look different—the bad bottles were opaque and the good ones were slight translucent. Was I sold a bad batch that got made last year?? It’s so expensive, but I think I have to throw out the bad bottles. This happened with both Sephora and Amazon, so I think the problem was from Alterna???
