Great taste
A great taste to add to your minced beef. I made meat balls which the whole family went crazy for. Now they are supplying me with the meat to make meatballs or burgers. Will definately but again.Recipie if anyone intetested:500gms 20% minced beef70-75gms finely diced onion1 beaten egg50gms italian seasoning.Mix egg, seasoning & onion together, then mix in minced beef. This way you do not get concentration clumps of seasoning. Weigh meat in 50gm portions, roll and place on baking tray. You can freeze at this point and take what you need. Yields 24-26 meatballs at an average cost of average £2.00. They are larger than supermarket and do not shrink. Enjoy.
