Very glad to find this - it’s difficult to get glucosamine condroitin that isn’t animal sourced. More importantly, it’s been very helpful in managing joint pain.

It’s hard to find a vegan source of glucosamine and chondroitin combination that is affordable. I don’t have have to take the full dose and they work great. My hands don’t hurt now. I recommend this product.

These are standard-size capsules, easy enough to swallow if you don't have any problems with taking pills. They made me extra gassy for the first couple of days, but I got used to it quickly. Now I'm just normally gassy. Would be nice if each capsule was more potent, but I guess that comes with the vegan territory...

Hard to rate improvements, as they are inevitably slow and subtle.

I'm a vegetarian and I was taking vegan Glucosamine for many years. Then my knees started to ache so much I was willing to take Chondroitin even if it wasn't vegetarian. Fortunately I found this product in my search. I still have knee pain sometimes. But at least it no longer hurts from just stepping on the gas or break pedal while driving. And the amount of pain I feel at other times has been reduced significantly. It took a few weeks to work.
