Nothing seems to stick any more!
Great stuff to work with. Spreads really easily application rates are pretty spot on in fact it went further than expected but don't skimp, be generous and let it soak in, the cream goes transparent as it liquifys and soaks in but keep the stone wet for as long as poss and apply more if needed (the instructions on the pot make sense!) . I used a roller on a pole and dumped manageable lumps of the sealant direct to the stone and it was all done quickly and cleanly with no fuss and not much to clean up afterwards. Once dried, there was a very slight darkening of the yellow sandstone slabs, which I didn't mind as they've been down 5 years or so and it brought a richness back to them.I sealed the patio about 3 months back and the resulting finish still repels water for a while but does absorb after a longer downpour, so the stone is still able to breathe and it's not slippery at all. You can feel that the stone is smoother under foot when dry and it seems to be staying much cleaner than in previous years, nothing seems to stick any more 👍🏼Not sure if this will last 10 years but it's so simple to apply and a reasonable price, why not redo it every 2 or 3 years

OK, but short-date meant I needed to use on colder day than planned
Used on Indian sandstone patio. Still looks dark/ 'cold'? and wet after 24 hours, but went on easily. Only issue was the short date - was planning on waiting to use it when it was warmer, but had to take the risk due to short date of only 3 1/2 weeks left on the tub. Spend a little more and get from another retailer.

Hello I have used the Roxil patio cream for over 2 years now.
I think,I should share my experience to help people to make right decision. We use Roxil patio cream for over 2 years now. I have to say, that Roxil works quite well, however the description, that it lasts for 10 years, looks to me ,to be a fairy tale. Maybe indoor would last longer, or under a roof. In the open patio , if you cover your sand lime slabs early summer , then it lasts for that summer and winter and the next summer and winter. That means that it needs to be redone every 2 years. Similar effect of dirty slabs , you would get in about 3 Months without any protection. In my opinion it does pay to use Roxil, hence 4 stars.

Gloopy goodness
Goes on like a thick cream so doesn't drip easily. Very easy to use and spread with a roller or a 4 inch brush (I used both). I used this on my patio paving slabs, on a concrete path and even a white painted and rendered front boundary wall. I was surprised but the product really does repel water and dust etc much better than without the product. I was more surprised at how well it worked on rendered and painted surface (paint was Dulux Trade Masonry White paint)!Pricey but I got through two 5l tubs for the front and back gardens (small gardens mind you)...

Spreads well with brush or roller
This works a treat, nice creamy mixture, pleasant to the smell. This is my 2nd Tub - I have used it last year and it has kept the paving slabs looking well, with no moss or lichen attachment or any other kind of discolouration.

Doesn’t do what it states
Unfortunately this product doesn’t do what it states apart from it’s easy to apply. I’ve used and see absolutely no difference.

So far so good.
Painted on easily, too early to say how well it has worked regarding organic growth but we can see that water is being repelled from the surface so looks promising. It did dry matte as we expected and wanted.
