Our MaltiPoo recently had a problem with her left eye that caused an increase in the buildup on the edges of her eyelid and underneath. We tried several of the recommended brands to clean around her eye, but she pulled away from them all and none was successful.We saw Eye Envy here on Amazon and ordered the cleaner with pads. The difference was immediate! Our little gal leaned into the pads, obviously finding this product to be comforting. We could soak a pad and gently hold it on the buildup, then gently wipe and she did not try to pull away. It took only a couple days to eliminate the buildup and stain. Needless to say this is now a part of our daily routine to keep both of her eyes clean & comfortable. And we have the full line of Eye Envy products in our closet.

Eye Envy products are Excellent at eliminating and controlling tear stains without the use of antibiotics or harsh chemicals in products that are not safe for dogs. I have used their products for many years and have been asked by others admiring my dog's stain free eyes what I used. Depending on how stained your dogs eyes are, you may have to use it twice daily and diligently for a period of time to completely get rid of all the stains. Then it is best to stay on a twice a week (one application each time) maintenance routine. The pads are fantastic. I use them for myself (face) as well. The texture on them helps loosen and break apart the clumps. They are thin, gentle and absorbs only the amount of product you'll use without wasting like cotton balls or pads that soaks up a lot of product that doesn't get used. To apply the powder, I use a small two-sided cotton swab (one side for each eye) and carefully apply so no powder gets in the eye. The entire process is easy and fast. Just be diligent about doing it faithfully and read Eye Envy's directions carefully and follow them. Based on my experience, it's easier to stay on a maintenance program afterwards to avoid having to get rid of the stains again which can take time if your stains are very bad.

This is my experience. This does work to a certain extent. The liquid softens the tear buggers so you can remove them. I use a cotton makeup remover pad that I cut in half amd some warm water with the liquid. (I can’t afford to buy the wipes that go with this kit.) The powder works to keep the tears from sticking. And the powder lasts forever. The tears kind of slide down to the mustache. I found that I have to be diligent to use every day. It does work better than anything else I've tried. I have a 2 1/2 year-old poodle mix and I've tried a lot of things. I would give it a try.

We use Angel Eye Cleaning Pads daily on each if our three dogs. They are groomed at home weekly and professionally groomed monthly. A friend suggested we try this product because one of our pups who has white hair around her nose and eyes started to show a red-ish build up around that area. After cleaning our dog with Angel Eyes, I dabbed this product with a paper towel and cleaned her hair around her eyes and nose again and look at the paper towel! We were shocked to see how much it cleaned off her face, stunned!

It doesn't work, even after 7 days and it just stresses out your dog to apply it to their face even if you are very gentle and loving. I bought the powder too and it says it won't let me return the powder. DO NOT BUY!

I use this solution all the time with my white bishon and my cocker spaniel. You have to use it all the time to get any results. Nothing takes away the stains on my bishon, but if I didn't use it, I think her eye stains would be alot worse. This solution is very expensive, but I haven't found any other product that is an astringent, cleaner, and antibiotic all in one. ( At least that is what the bottle says is in it). I'd like to make my own because of the price but they don't put the names of the ingredients on the bottle or on the container the white powder comes in ( I'm sure they do that on purpose so you can't make your own.) Anyway , i really like the solution and it is far superior to just using water on your pet to clean their eyes.

Love this Line. Use the cleaner daily and after using the shampoo on bathing days.Helps keep the tearstained on our Papillon's to a minimum and after steady use seems to be helping keeping it at bay.
