Law school student here: needed a desk with a hutch for all my books. This is good quality for the price. Prefer this over a fully compresed wood desk (although the wood parts are compressed wood, they look ok.) Replaced a solid wood desk. No scratches despite beat up box. I really like it. Hope it lasts. Wish bottom rack had side rail to hold books but you can just buy a couple book stops. It took me a while to put together since it has lots of pieces. Using a power drill helped just dont drill too hard.

I love this desk. It's sturdy, and large enough to hold my massive PC, two monitors, speakers, scanner, lamp, and various other typical office-desk items. Good desk for the price.One complaint: The instructions are picture-only; no text. I figured it out easily enough and put the desk together all on my own. But someone who does better with written instructions will have trouble assembling the desk.Note: When screwing the long metal cross-bars into place, make sure the holes that secure the "wood" planks are facing up-down. You'll have to backtrack if you don't pay attention and attach the bars with the holes facing sideways. (Directions are pretty vague, being picture-only. Easy mistake to make, but costly in time and energy.)

Simple, looks good and roomy. The stand with wheels for a computer is cool. Most of all very easy to put together took me 30 minutes I did use a cordless drill. Very happy with this purchase.

Fits perfectly in my sons room. Well built and easy to put together. Took my husband and I less than hour from unboxing to assembly. Directions are not well written but picture diagrams are on point.
