Pencil doesn't retract back.
Nice colour green, that's why it's given 3 stars.I did read the reviews and I'm not the only one who has a problem with winding the pencil back down, I thought I'd give it a go and it might have just been a faulty few but alas no...So anybody thinking of purchasing one as long as u don't wind it too far up, it should be ok.

Colour is nice but not working!
Price was good. Colour was nice BUT when you twist the liner up it did not go down! So will probably break when I try to apply!!
