Great quality, long life
Headlights on 2008 Lexus IS350 started cutting off at random a little after I got it in 2011, so bulbs were changed. That was years ago. I still have the car and although it’s only driven occasionally now (still love the car) the bulbs were never changed again, so it’s been 14 years and they’re still working fine!

These Toshiba bulbs are good replacements for the OEM bulbs. They give a nice, bright, white light - just like the OEM bulbs.
These work great! I think I've determined that we are all, unfamiliar with these types of bulbs. Even the dealerships are pretty ignorant! When HID bulbs fail, they don't burn out all at once like tradition halogen headlights. Instead, they start working intermittently. They are mostly on, then for some inexplicable reason, they go out - on, then off again. Maybe one light didn't work last night and then magically it is working again the next morning. Recently, my wife got pulled over by a police officer who gave her a warning for having a light out but, sure enough, later that evening the headlight was working again. Anyway, I replaced my OEM bulbs, which I think were Phillips, with this Toshiba type, which give a nice bright white light, and they work perfectly. I read somewhere that these are the bulb they now put in their up-market Toshiba's and Lexus's. Well, so far, I've been very happy with these and my wife hasn't been pulled over since!

Works, if you're looking for factory brightness.
Good replacement, direcect fit and works just fine.I've tried to go with other replacements that were brighter and they haven't quite fit. Even though they were the same bulb housing type.I had these other ones I would buy but they wouldn't be available till January. So it's definitely a plus one for delivery and availability.

If you're lucky enough to have a car model where the bulb is easy to replace
I bought these bulbs 5 years ago (give or take a week). They are still going strong. As others have mentioned: don't bother taking your car to Lexus to replace your light bulbs, even if you buy your own bulbs here. Labor fees are ridiculous. If you're lucky enough to have a car model where the bulb is easy to replace, then good! I had my friend replace these when I bought them and it took us over an hour because of the odd design of the 2010 IS350. I figure these are probably coming towards their demise, having been 5 years and all. We will see. However, I'll be having these replaced at my local mechanic's shop when the time comes.UPDATE: After my initial purchase of these bulbs 10 years ago, I finally replaced them with the same set of Toshiba bulbs. The old bulbs didn't burn out, but over time, Xenon bulbs become less bright. The new bulbs were clearly brighter and I hope these last for at least 10 years, as well. I was able to replace the bulbs myself this time, without my friend, though I did need a socket wrench extension to reach a bolt that's pretty deep down in the engine bay.

Fits ‘14 Land Cruiser
HID was flickering. Read up on it and found that this specific bulb is what came on my 2014 Land Cruiser from factory. I only had 1 bulb flickering but went ahead and changed them out as a set to avoid any mismatching. Bulb appeared identical to the ones removed. A bit steep in price, but this is my first experience replacing an HID and I guess they all are (those of any reputable quality, anyway).

Worked fine on 2007 ES350
Replaced both sides yesterday and it the fixed problem of pass side that would initially light, then go out. Best to replace in pairs so bulb color when lit is the same. Bulbs deteriorate with age and sometimes color shifts.Took about 30 minutes total for both sides. Need flashlight, wire with hook on end, and small hands. (The HID unit will rotate side to side easily when you are working to remove the bulb.)Remove underhood cover panels, unscrew plastic cap on back of headlamp (1/8th turn counterclockwise), rotate silver bulb connector about 1/4 inch counterclockwise and pull off. Release 2 bulb retainer wires...press in on loop and move away from bulb. When released, the wire retainer will fold out. Remove bulb. Note that large u shaped slot on bulb goes up and long external bulb electrode goes down.Don't touch new bulb glass with bare fingers since that may leave oil on glass that will burn fast and locally overheat bulb leading to premature failure.Reinstall in reverse order. Long bulb electrode goes down. After bulb is installed, rehook wire bulb retainers, place silver connector at "10 oclock" then rotate to 12 oclock. If connector dropped down after removal, use a wire hook to fish it back up where you can grab it.

Are we sure these are OEM? Only lasted 3 weeks!
Bought these about a month ago ... drove the car maybe 20 times within that time period. One of the bulbs have already gone bad. These come in a set so im not sure if its possible to return or replace one to amazon or the manufacturer but what a waste of time! Now I have to go out into the freezing cold to change my "OEM" bulbs again. GREAT.
