Cheap and powerful
Powerful, well designed, efficient, lid keeps your counter clean, and cheap! Don’t know how long it will last because the body is plastic but I’m happy in the meantime.

Reasonable price, power, over all works just as good as the pricey Kitchen Aid
I am changing toward veggies diet so I need lot and lot of seitan, bread and pasta. That means a lot of kneading. Kneading shows true power of the any mixer. I bought the Halmilton Beach originally but disliked the C kneading hook and small 4 quart bowl. The Aucma does not cost that much more but has 6.5 quarts bowl, high power and S kneading hook.Well since I got this in less than a week I had made many seitan, Chinese noodle which require a lot of kneading and some mixing. Works great except one thing. The kneading hook does not have the round plate near attachment. That means flour travels up there and makes a mess which requires cleaning. My solution is to make a smaller dough and that seems to solve the issue. What more do you need if you only care about kneading, mixing and stirring which this mixer can do easily as good as the more expensive Kitchen Aid? In my case i need to make pasta and Chinese noodles. My solution is to buy the hand crank pasta maker which i did. Nothing beats home made pasta and noodle. So cheap and easy to make with the mixer and the pasta maker!!!!!Everyone wants the Kitchen Aid which is heavy and pricey. Sure it is a standard that other mixers follows. I can buy 3 other mixers for one Kitchen Aid which work just fine for my need and I am a heavy user. The majority of people out there is not heavy user.If you care to show off then buy the Kitchen Aid. If you care about practicality, affordability and sensible this Aucma serves well. Works for me. It is a keeper.Longevity is not an issue because i can buy 3 Aucma for one K.Aid. At the beginning I was struggling to decide but with Amazon great return policy why not try out then find out.My main intention to buy the mixer is that i do not want to knead flour by hand and i know if it works great for kneading then everything else is a piece of cake for the mixer. Kneading puts a lot of stress on the mixer. It requires power, good S kneading hook and quality machine to run. I see those with the Aucma so this works for me.Do not afraid to try different brand because if you don't try you will never know. I made a right choice NOT to go with K.Aid.

Wonderful!
I definitely recommend getting this mixer, as it’s extremely lightweight even though it’s pretty big, the bowl holds a good amount of ingredients, the different speeds are a good thing to have as well, and it mixes pretty much anything you throw at it! It also matches pretty much anything kitchen and isn’t that much of an eyesore if you leave it out. For sure recommend this if you have a kitchen and cook/bake, it’s very reliable and well-worth the money!

Works great for mixing gluten-free/vegan bread doughs!
After years of half hearted failed baking attempts, I finally got on the stick due to a health issue and really started experimenting with baking gf/vegan, corn free , low sugar and oil delicacies.I’ve been getting better and better ( thanks to my fabulous friends and husband who have been my long suffering food tasters) and finally after 3 years, I felt I was far enough along in my baking journey to treat myself to a real mixer. This mixer is awesome! It’s super easy to mix my bread doughs and cake batters, my baked goods rise up even better than before and I am absolutely chuffed with the results! It’s nice and compact and doesn’t take up a bunch of space on my counter either.I’m a novice baker who has never used a mixer so obviously I’m no expert when it comes to mixers, but my super difficult to bake goods are turning out beautifully so I have no complaints. The only thing that was slightly off putting was that the dough hook and beater were covered in a super shiny silver paint that did not look the safest. It was flaky and I didn’t want that possibly toxic paint to flake off into my mixes so I actually washed it in the dishwasher although it says not to.I included a pic of the dough hook after it went through the wash. The paint came off leaving them dull but perhaps more sanitary?🤔and when I mixed up a batch of bread, nothing flaked off into my dough.I don’t use this mixer to mix my wet ingredients with my dry ingredients for my cakes but I do use the whisk feature to mix the dry ingredients together.Gf/vegan cakes are very delicate and whisking or beating the wet and dry ingredients together will overwork the batter and leave it denser than it would be if you simply folded the wet ingredients into the dry ones with a spatula.I do use the beater and dough hook for my breads and I mix the wet and dry ingredients together as gf/vegan bread dough is a lot more forgiving and you really have to work it to get all the ingredients fully integrated if you want a light fluffy loaf.I posted a picture of the most recent loaf I made with this mixer so you can see the results. I do also use a special pan to get it that nice, but the texture on the inside is juuust a bit more springy after using the mixer than when I have done a loaf using just my elbow grease to mix it up.I prove my bread doughs twice for a total of an hour and a half to two hours , to compensate for the beating the dough hook gives it.As a novice gluten free, dairy free, practically everything but taste free baker, I found this little gadget to be super helpful and a real timesaver.I’d definitely give this a try if you want to treat yourself without spending a bunch of money!**** UPDATE ****Ok so this mixer is even better than I first wrote.I was even able to FINALLY make aquafaba meringue with this stand mixer!I have tried using elbow grease and a fork, an electric hand mixer, AND a hand whisk and all I’ve ever gotten was a soupy bean juicy mess. This has happened for YEARS 😖Not anymore though!I included pics of my triumph because it is GLORIOUS 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾It’s just 2 cans of white bean juice, a tsp of cream of tartar, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar( I use LAKANTO) and a tsp of vanilla.Start slow, whipping only the juice then whip at the highest setting for those stiff peaks you want to see in a regular merengue and add the rest of the ingredients. In the pictures I have mine stored in a little tub to make s’mores doughnuts later on today, so you can’t see how stiff the peaks are, but trust me, it’s almost exactly like real meringue, you can even torch the top.I had to share just in case any of my fellow vegan adventures have also tried this mythical bean juice merengue and had it fail. This mixer is magic and you can totally make aquafaba meringue with it!😃

Good Product
In an effort to get away from foods that are processed and have preservatives, I have decided to make as much food as I can from scratch to feed my family. I bought this Aucma Stand Mixer to make breads, cookies, etc. I am very pleased with this mixer as it has made it much easier and faster to make foods that I can feel good about feeding my family. It came on time and was packaged well. I really like the green color and how the dial lights up when it's plugged in. It also has a pulse feature that I really like as well. It has 3 attachments for mixing different types of foods, as well as what I believe is an egg separator. Cleanup is easy. I would definitely recommend this mixer, especially for beginners like me.
