Q: can this be used with a newborn?

I have been using it with my baby since she was 4 weeks old and 8.5lbs. I would have used it sooner if I had had it. If I have another child I will use it from the beginning!

Q: Should i size up or size down? i am sometimes a 4 and sometimes a 6. should i go with s or xs? thanks!

This sizing chart seems way off. I wear a size 4 in clothing but the medium and large wraps fit most comfortable and still snug with my baby

lol this wasn’t that helpful... I put down 139 pre pregnancy weight- size XS... out 140- size S. Lol I am always right on the edge of everything
