It works!
I’ve been dealing with some anxiety recently and I decided to give this supplemental a try and man.. it definitely helps me. Although it’s not recommended to take consistently for a long period of time it’s still worth a try! Especially for dealing with stressful times, it’s not a cure but it’s very helpful with temporary stress. It’s very calming and helps to level out my anxiety attacks. Also helps me to wind down at night. Again, not a long term solution but it’s very helpful! The taste is very pungent.. it’s like the most intense raisin that you’ve ever tasted in your life but you get used to it!

It works and tastes divine!
Some people may not like the taste of this Tulsi but I love it! It has a grounding, slightly sweet and earthy flavor. It really helps to calm me down and sleep better when taking it. I highly recommend this!

Good for digestion
I love how this supplement helps with my digestion. I like the taste and also think that is a good price for their benefits. Usually I take it at night, because makes me sleep so much better.

Works as advertised
Got this for a friend. She claims that it has a calming effect about a half hour after taking it. She said that it tastes sort of sweet and is happy with it

I think you’ll need to take this for a while and who knows if you need it once or twice a day. I’ve heard about this stuff for years and Dr. mercola sells a tea made with this. This is an expensive supplement adrenal ingredient. I like this company so I thought I would try his instead of Gaia. I’m hoping for feel good natural energy that’s for sure. It’s so easy to get in the dumps and I don’t wanna go get on antidepressants. If it ends up helping who knows if it’s just spring is finally coming because sunshine has that good effect on me. My sleep is still the same but I’ll see what changes in a month or two and update if necessary.
