I am revising my review after going through two of these cartridges.First off, this is hands down a better value than the OEM versions. I paid $31 for two cartridges that lasted me just as long as an OEM cartridge that cost me $80.Here are my two caveats:(1) despite claims that these cartridges last as long as the OEM versions, they seem to run out about twice as fast. I don't have an exact page count, just the frequency of my purchases.(2) these cartridges can make dirty prints, especially as they wear out. What I mean is your prints may have some random gray noise, smudges, etc. I don't mind, because my prints don't need to be presentation quality.

We love the ink we have always had good luck with it , but for some reason this order was cancelled and I was not the one who cancelled it.

I am a teacher and I have to buy my own printer ink because I use my own printer. You are a godsend. Thank you for making an affordable and quality product. I'd never be able to pay the "going rate" for this product. Us teachers have it bad enough, and to save extra money on printer ink is priceless. You have NO idea! Thanks! I just ordered two more for the upcoming school year. And no, I don't get reimbursed.

Inexpensive ink, but cartridge gets stuck when empty and next to impossible to remove. I had to take apart the printer to get it out. Happened with the second cartridge as well.However, within 2 days after I left a less than ideal rating the customer service dept contacted me to express their concern and offered to send another replacement free of charge. Customer service goes a long way in my opinion! Would use this company again.

I was a little apprehensive buying these cartridges after reading some of the other reviews, but I was out of toner, and prime shipping sealed the deal. Have only used one cartridge so far, and had absolutely no.problem with it. Plus, I'm confident that if I have a problem with the second one, the seller will stand behind it. Would definitely order again!UPDATE: I have bought these cartridges 8 times now, and have never had a problem. I will continue to get them.

I was worried after reading the reviews my cartridge would not be recognized by my printer. In truth, it did not recognize it and all I needed to do was reset the menu and that message went away. Since then, this cartridge has been working flawlessly, and is quite a bargain considering it was $34 for two instead of $100 for one. I will certainly buy more of these, and from this vendor as well.

Great product for the price. I regularly purchase this ink for our office and we are able to get about 3 months of daily printing a moderate amount of paper. I highly recommend this product!

These folks have shown some responsiveness to prior comments. The printer doesn't respond well to non-OEM supplies and will throw you error messages. However, as a result when you place an order for these toner cartridges, you'll get an email a couple of days later which gives you the solution to the problem. So, kudos for that. I've ordered this before and am very happy with the product.
