Very detailed and well made. Arrived promptly.

Came poorly packaged with missing and unattached pieces. The missing parts are just some little metal wire rings that hold the chains and tackle. I can scrounge some together and get everything in order easily enough. They have absolutely no quality control at the manufacturer but it’s a replica naval gun so I will take what I can get

Nice model. Very detailed and accurate. Beautiful color carriage.But, packaging was lacking. No styrofoam or bubble rap in box to protect the model during shipping. Could have been damaged, but it wasn’t.

the product is an awesome replica, but the packaging was horrible. I was lucky to get it without it being destroyed. The cannon was loose in a box with no packing material and then put in a shipping bag.

The item was shipped in an empty box….no packing! It was in pieces upon opening and a lot of small parts had dropped out of the box. Thankfully these small parts fell into the shipping bag. Very poor service 🧐The cannon, once reassembled, looks great

Great size and detail and shipped fast. Had a label on the box which said it was “Inspected” but upon opening I discovered the cannon in several pieces. Easy enough to reassemble but doesn’t make Amazon Wherehouse look too good! Maybe they should hire more real people and use less machines to do their packing?
