I frequently use liquid egg whites, but they’ve been hard to come by recently and I just switched to this product and I’m in love already after only using it once! Great quality and does exactly what it should! Love it!!!!

Works well in cocktails. Keeps well, no off flavor, good foaminess when shaken, nice mouth feel. Price a bit steep, but it will probably last a while before I have to decide it l if it's worth buying more.

Great substitute for fresh egg whites
I used this in place of raw egg whites to make homemade marshmallows. I measured the dried whites and added water as directed on the package. They whipped up perfectly -- forming stiff peaks. I'll definitely use this product again!
