The remote control device is easily malfunction, I want a replacement immediately.
The fan itself is okay, it's fine. It's the remote control which no longer function. Kindly send me a replacement that will last long

This fan is light weight and gives a good airflow. Big mental relaxation. it is worth buying . Remote operation is the biggest facility.

Waste of money
Our family trusted Usha company products for ages. But in recent years they have lost trust in terms of product quality and service (it's worst service compared to any other company). I have brought the wall fan in 2019 online. Its digital touch panel stopped working after 6 months.logged my complaint online. After a week the technician came to check it and he checked and said to us that touch panel needed to replace it. I waited for a week and they it got replced. but after a year its not working prpprly she was very rude and said to me "you have to go to bhiwandi by your shelf to replace it". (My location is Malad, Mumbai). It's more than 30 to 40 km from here. And I argue with her about why should I go for replacement it home service. Then I said will complain about it and she is like( ha javo kar do complain).Then I called the service centre they gave me sales office no. Instant of the service office. For sales office, I got another services senior no. Manoj Yadav. I co-ordinate with him and requested him for a service. after a week he again send the technician to check it and he also said the same thing. It's been 3 weeks since I'm following up with him regarding the replacement. Earlier he used to say it will be done in a week and now he is not picking up my calls.I checked online and they have cancelled my complaint. Then I tried to talk on customer care no. 1800 1033 111. Asked them why it was cancelled without my consent. They disconnected my calls multiple times.It seems Usha doesn't care about customers. They don't have the internal condition. Everyone is trying to pass on a task.If they are going to behave like this with the customer. Then I don't think they are gonna run for long in the industry.

Need to fix the problem
Now just after 8 days of installation it started generated bip noice with blinking LEDS when supply is cut off.
