I use clove buds not for cooking, but for making my own clove cigarettes (I grind them), and these cloves are excellent. I looked through half an 8 oz bag, and found no stems or any discolored cloves to discard. The flavor of these cloves is excellent, and the price is very reasonable for such good quality.

I used this for my potpourri I made for Christmas gifts!! It was a big hit! Great aroma!! Will definitely buy again!!

You can use cloves for many different things and finding good quality at a good price is somehwhat hard but this one is just amazing compared to few other brands I've tried.The smell is potent it looks and taste fresh.Really good quality for a great price.

We used these to make pomanders at Christmas (stick the cloves in oranges). They smelled wonderful and the kids and grownups all had a blast! The bag was much cheaper than the small bottles available in local stores.
