Misleading listing
Having complained about only receiving one box of tea (rather than the advertised four), I was sent a replacement order. Once again, I received only one box (without packaging and battered in transit) and am now unable to lodge a complaint or request a replacement. I am still two boxes down and clearly others are experiencing the same issue. Please remove or correct this listing!

Love the tea, hate the order problems
I love this tea and have ordered the pack of 4 boxes a few times. Unfortunately I have on 50% of my orders only received 1 box instead of the 4 ordered and paid for, £11.90 for 20 tea bags is a bit excessive. Amazon customer services have been really good and on each occasion refunded the full cost of the order. BUT that still means I don't have the tea I very much enjoy.

Was told it was good for you so giving it a try. Not an unpleasant taste.
I can enjoy a cup without milk and there is no aftertaste as with some herbal teas.
