Such lovely pencils!
Great pencils that are easy to use and with light strokes are easy to blend. So far none have broken which is wonderful! I just wish there were more colors. But what is provided is quite nice. They lay down smoothly and vibrantly on all of the papers I have tried from smooth papers to those with more texture.

Fabulous pencils. So creamy!!
These pencils really surprised me. They are very creamy and remind me of my Polychromos. The colors are bright and cheerful, something I’ve had a problem finding. I had broken my leg in May and couldn’t made cards like I usually do. So I went back to coloring in my coloring books. I bought a few different cheaper sets and this is my favorite.

The best pencils you can buy and work with
These arrived today, two days early ! I love Staedler Ergosoft pencils and am pleased that they have increased the colour range to 36. They are a joy to colour with. Lovely colours, easy to work with, and there is no problem with sharpening them. I have lots of colouring pencils, some more expensive than these, but to me, Ergosoft are the very best you can buy. I often use them with Staedler Fineliners and am never disappointed with the results.

Great pencils but not so strong leads, so lose a few pencils to the sharpener within a few hours 😤
I love these pencils. Lovely to hold, soft but so easy to blend with but...within an hour of receipt and using the pencils two blues and a green were half their size due to the lead persistently breaking. I wrote to steadler asking for two replacements but I received a reply asking me to return my pencils first, before they will send replacements mean g I am going to be without my pencils while they investigate the three leads to ensure they are faulty before they will send me a replacement. I feel this is a bit mean but maybe replacing three faulty pencils will cause them some type of problem. I've attached the photos.

Reasonably priced, good quality pencils.
These little beauties are used just as often as my Prismacolor, Caran d’Ache and Polychromos. They are superb for fine details as they can be sharpened to a needle fine point. Would not be without them in my pencil arsenal.

Great pencils for art/travel journaling!
Love the Staedtler Ethosoft pencils for working on paper without a lot of “tooth.” I also work with Caran D’ach, Polychromos and Prismacolor, but for smooth paper, when I need a lot of fine detail, I always grab my Ergosoft pencils.Color blending is best achieved with a light hand and multiple layers. Also, the Ergosoft pencils erase better than other brands (even other waxed base brands). I just wish the 36-pack was available here is the USA. I would also love it if they would release the Ergosoft pencils with more colors (like 70 or 72).
